Cues:
• Begin in a sitting position with knees bent and feet flat, hip-width apart.
• Hands should be on the ground behind you with palms flat and fingers facing feet.
• Lift hips so that only your hands and feet are touching the floor, keeping glutes tight.
• Begin walking by moving hands and feet forward.
