7.500+ steps

  • Simply use your watch, health tracker, or phone to measure the steps and check the box in the app to get your point for the day.
  • Walking 7500 steps a day can have numerous benefits for your health and well-being.
  • It can help improve cardiovascular health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure, and aid in weight management.
  • Additionally, walking can also boost mood and energy levels, leading to an overall improvement in quality of life.

Dumbbell Workouts

  • The workouts are about 10 minutes so you can easily fit them in your busy schedule.
  • Dumbbell workouts are great for building strength and muscle mass, as they allow you to target specific muscle groups with a wide range of exercises.
  • Using dumbbells can also improve your overall fitness level by increasing your endurance, balance, and coordination.
  • Additionally, incorporating dumbbell exercises into your workout routine can help prevent injury by strengthening the muscles that support your joints.

Protein

  • Eat 0.5 grams of protein per pound of your body weight.  Why is this important?
