December Challenge Leaderboard

How the challenge works:

  • 10,000+ Steps per day
    • 1 point per day by completing 10,000+ Steps per day
    • Track with a smartwatch, Fitbit, Garmin watch, or your phone
    • Click “Complete” to get your point in the D.R.Fitness App each day
    • This is equivalent to walking 4-5 miles so if you achieve this goal you can feel good that you were active today.
  • Drinking 1oz per 1/2 pound of bodyweight
    • 1 point per day by checking the box in the app each day
    • Use simple math to calculate how many ounces you need to drink
    • For example, a 150 lb person should drink 75+ ounces each day
    • Coffee, Tea, and sports drink count for this
    • Alcohol or soda does not count for this
    • Water is essential for all body processes, including metabolism, digestion, and cognitive thought.
  • Gifting Gratitude
    • 1 point per day by checking the box in the app
    • You must tell someone new each day that you appreciate them and why.
    • This can be completed by telling someone in person, via email, text, phone, social media message, etc…
    • The idea is to combine the ideas of Thanksgiving (being thankful) and Christmas (giving gifts)
    • When your person receives this gratitude gift they and you will feel good!
