Darshan came to D.R.Fitness in June of 2016 weighing in at 208 lbs. Over a five month period he lost 40 lbs. which equates to 2 pounds per week on average.
What made Darshan successful?
He simply followed directions! He came in for personal training sessions three times per week, completed cardio sessions on his own, and followed the D.R.Fitness nutrition protocol.
He was consistent and only missed a session when absolutely necessary. Excuses were not in his vocabulary – he was Determined to drop weight!
He still maintained his social life, but managed to be successful by balancing eating and the occasional adult beverage with a healthy lifestyle. If he can do it so can you!

Looking for a reliable trainer who gives personal attention to your needs and customize your exercises for your targeted goal, then you don't have to look beyond than Rich and his DR Fitness. Rich is a great trainer who can help you to achieve your goal within a reasonably short amount of time with his customized training program. I enjoy Rich's training, and he push me to expand my limits. Also, I like his mobile app where he uploads my customized exercises and motivates me through the chat feature where I can ask any questions. Rich has a flexible schedule and always works with you to fit your time and helps you to achieve your determined results!

My 13-year-old son works with Rich for tennis fitness. Rich has deep fitness knowledge and extremely enthusiastic personality. He has magic of making fitness look simple and fun. His drill consistence is amazing, you will start seeing improvement even before you realize. Rich is extremely flexible, supportive and always ready to understand client feedback and adapt program to get the best for the client. My son looks forward for each and every class. I am having a great experience with the training. I feel like I am in high school again! Most of the injuries I had before we started training have pretty much gone away. I don't feel soreness the next day after workout.

Rich is a very knowledgeable trainer who is good at balancing making you feel comfortable while also pushing you to get the results you need. I typically enjoy working out but needed thet extra push to lose 20 lbs while toning up without taking too much time out of my schedule. He's extremely enthusiastic about what he does and is very flexible if you need to change sessions or something comes up, which I haven't experienced as much with other trainers in the past. He is also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and overall mind/body health and can customize a program to your specific needs and season of life. He can work with you both virtually or in personl too. I would highly recommend him if you're ever looking for a trainer!

Rich has been my trainer for 7 years. When I started I was out of shape and my colestoral started increasing. With my job I was not as physically active. Rich was a teacher of exercise, nutrition, and motivation. Within a short time I felt positive results, and soon I could see results. He adjusts as needed to accommodate my condition however he challenges me all of the time. He is more than a workout trainer, he is a health coach. Give him a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I have been training and coaching myself all my life and I continue to grow in my ability to produce better and faster results for myself. I am the test subject for new exercises or diet ideas because it allows me to use my creative mind in a positive way. I enjoy writing my own custom workout and nutrition programs, but when it comes time to workout or eat I suffer from the same, 'I don't feel like it" feeling! However, I have designed many ways to help myself and my clients get over this feeling to do the work, which means getting the results! For weight loss I have lost 60 lbs, found most, lost 30 lbs, found it all, lost 30 lbs again, and only found 15 so now I getting better at long-term weight loss. I also play tennis and many of my clients are tennis players so I train myself and clients to be better altheles, not just to lose weight. Cheers - I'd love to be your coach!
