Form Cues:
• Begin in a standard plank position with palms flat, hands directly under shoulders, and both legs fully extended.
• Raise the right leg off the floor, bending the knee to place the right foot flat and to the outside of the right elbow and palm.
• Extend the leg and replace to starting position, then repeat with left leg.
