-Live each day like it is a gift.  Do not regret what you didn’t do yesterday , just make sure you corrected your mistake going forward.  If you miss a workout, make it up, don’t miss it again, revisit your schedule and fit another workout in.  You can always find 30 minutes each day for a workout.
