We train you to be physically better on the court by increasing your first-step acceleration, and power on serves and groundstrokes, improving core stability, and preventing injury. If you are not a tennis player this will help you lose weight, become more mobile or improve your athleticism for whatever sport you play.
60 Minute Classes ( 1 to 4 people)

  • Spontaneous class – If I have a free spot in my schedule I might send a message to the group to ask if anyone wants to do a class.

  • geared for the adult tennis player since we have a separate junior class

We can change up the workout based on your goals and desires. To start I will use the racquetball court to set up cones, an agility ladder, battle ropes, and other equipment. I also use medicine balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, and fitness sliders. I mix quickness drills with strength exercises and sometimes use an interval timer or set up stations and rotate after completing a set number of repetitions. This is where the feedback from the participants comes in, I can cater to them.
