Form Cues:
• Lie flat on your stomach, arms extended in front of you and legs straight.
• Exhale while contracting your core and abs, squeeze your lower back, and raise both arms and legs a few inches off the floor.
• The final pose should look like superman flying.
• Hold this for a moment, then slowly lower your legs and arms back down while inhaling.
