-If you are working out on your own don’t be caught talking while your workout equipment gets taken by someone else.
-Don’t be that person that comes to workout, but does more texting/talking than sweating, you are in the gym, stay on track, focus!

-Sometimes you take one step back, then two steps forward. -Just trying to go something about your weight makes you better than someone that doesn’t even make the attempt. When you gain weight and continue your working hard towards your goal that makes you a better person.

-You need to actually make the decision, sometimes making the right choice is difficult, but not making a decision its actually making the decision to fail.
-Ex. Should I go workout or go for a run? Not making that decision just made you fail at either option and probably make you regret it later or you’ll add another excuse to your excuse library.

-If your past experiences, behaviors, and attitudes have paved your life’s journey thus far, then the only way to get somewhere else is to change your attitude and behavior to help you experience a better path for yourself.

-You will find that the consequences for not doing what you want will far outweigh the costs. Do not be that person on their death bed saying I wish I had done, etc…
