Darshan came to D.R.Fitness in June of 2016 weighing in at 208 lbs. Over a five month period he lost 40 lbs. which equates to 2 pounds per week on average.
What made Darshan successful?
He simply followed directions! He came in for personal training sessions three times per week, completed cardio sessions on his own, and followed the D.R.Fitness nutrition protocol.
He was consistent and only missed a session when absolutely necessary. Excuses were not in his vocabulary – he was Determined to drop weight!
He still maintained his social life, but managed to be successful by balancing eating and the occasional adult beverage with a healthy lifestyle. If he can do it so can you!

I have been training and coaching myself all my life and I continue to grow in my ability to produce better and faster results for myself. I am the test subject for new exercises or diet ideas because it allows me to use my creative mind in a positive way. I enjoy writing my own custom workout and nutrition programs, but when it comes time to workout or eat I suffer from the same, 'I don't feel like it" feeling! However, I have designed many ways to help myself and my clients get over this feeling to do the work, which means getting the results! For weight loss I have lost 60 lbs, found most, lost 30 lbs, found it all, lost 30 lbs again, and only found 15 so now I getting better at long-term weight loss. I also play tennis and many of my clients are tennis players so I train myself and clients to be better altheles, not just to lose weight. Cheers - I'd love to be your coach!
