  • Looking back at photos of meals can bring back happy memories and serve as a visual diary of your culinary experiences.

Gallon of Water

  • Score points for drinking a gallon of water each day
  • Drinking water helps to keep the body hydrated, which is essential for maintaining healthy bodily functions.
  • Water can aid in digestion and help prevent constipation by keeping the digestive system functioning properly.
  • Regular consumption of water can also improve skin health, as it helps to flush out toxins and keep the skin moisturized.
