The 21-day challenge runs through the Determined Results Fitness mobile app with a live leaderboard.  Each month are 3 ways to collect points for completing activities relating to fitness, nutrition, and mindset.   The winner will receive a T-Shirt or free entry into the next challenge. Your efforts will produce positive health results which is a prize in itself!

Each day that you complete a core workout you get a point.  Core exercises can help to burn calories and fat, which can also contribute to a leaner midsection.  Also, for tennis players, core strength is important for tennis players as it helps to provide stability and support to the body, particularly during dynamic movements such as serving, hitting groundstrokes, and moving around the court.
