So you go on vacation – are you still working-out ? At a plateau?  Is this because you missed a workout four times this month?

Work/life

Missed a workout or couldn’t eat clean because you were too busy – make up the workout & have healthy snacks at your desk. Significant other – get that person to support your lifestyle.
