27 Jun STRENGTH TRAINING IS A WIN-WIN!
Be enlightened! Strength training just burnt me just over 700 calories in one hour. Compare the same calorie burn with one hour on the treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, or bike in one hour. Strength training burns the same calories at a similar heart rate; also building strength, muscle mass, and increasing metabolism burning additional calories for hours afterwards! I don’t know about you but I’m not a fan of starring at a wall or tv screen for an hour doing cardio, I’d rather lift weights especially knowing this!
