July Promotion is Five (5) Sessions for $195.00

  1. The first session is 60-90 minutes more consultative where we measure body composition, review goals, and workout assessment.
  2. The 2nd session is 45-60 minutes and I teach foam rolling, dynamic warm-ups and begin a custom workout
  3. The 3rd session is a different custom workout, review of foam rolling and warmups.
  4. The 4th session is another great custom workout.
  5. The 5th session is one more custom workout and discussion of your next steps.

It can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. With it, I can empower my clients with more accountability and support than I ever could in-person.

Leveraging the power of the internet and cutting out the overhead costs of the gym means that you get more from your hard-earned dollar. Using digital check-in and communication tools I empower you with more accountability and support than I ever could in-person.

The best part? The program is your program. No longer limited by rules of the gym, scheduling necessities, and financial obligations to a host of other parties, I can give you precisely what you need, when you need it.

All workouts are delivered to you in our IOS/Andriod app.  Each exercise has a video demonstration.  The app allows you to message your trainer, track workouts, record body measurements, and view progress!  Keep all purchased workouts in the app as long as you an active member and buy new workouts whenever!

Total Body Circuit Training Saturdays at 9:45am-10:45 am

  • Description: Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether you’re lunging, planking, or lifting weights, participants will rotate through a variety of cardio and strength based stations for a total body workout.  We will do legs, core, and upper body movements with variety so no workout is the same.   Each exercise is modified for the participant’s fitness level so beginners do not be afraid, and experts I can crush you so come for a great workout.  I also listen to the participants and will alter that day’s workout to the group’s specific requests.   I make fitness fun, simple and effective!
