I was thinking about how unfair weight management can be! You can spend 7 days in a row creating a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day totaling 3500/week by eating less and exercising more to lose 1 pound. Then do you decide to have your cheat day drinking ten glasses of craft beer at 250 calories a glass and eat your favorite dessert at 1000 cals and gain back those hard burnt 3500 calories! OHHH WHY is is so EASY to gain and SO HARD to LOSE!!!!
