-Anything is possible is the basis of this quote.  Each person has their own level of determination.  This really gages your accomplishments.  How bad do you want that 6-pack abs, nice legs, or muscles build.  It’s up to you!

-I would rather train someone who  has a winning spirit 10 out of 10 times VS someone who is not committed to fitness.  It’s that determination again.  Find the courage and get inspired, you can accomplish the impossible.

-When life throws you lemons, make lemonade right.  When people tell you that staying consistent to your workouts, dieting,  or drinking five or less drinks on Saturday night wont happen in two months use that to prove them wrong!

-Common theme here is never give up.  Weight management is 100% changeable.  There is no failure, you can only quit or win.  How about sticking with it until you succeed your goal.
