Yield: 4-6 servings

2 lb ground turkey, lean
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Garlic salt & pepper to taste
Sriracha to taste (optional)
Baby spinach or Kale
1 avocado, peeled & pitted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9×9 glass dish.
Add turkey to a large bowl and add all other ingredients, excluding the avocado.
Stir until thoroughly mixed then pour into glass dish.
Cook for 30 minutes until turkey is cooked through.
Plate and top with avocado sprinkled with salt, pepper and sriracha.
This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes because it is high in protein and healthy omeg fats and potassium.
