Burn ya Learn!  Create OVERLOAD on your muscles

·         Burn is your muscles learning to get better for the next time

·         Muscles react to the burn by growing & strengthening

·         To continuously create more lean muscle you must push yourself to the burn

·         Feel comfortable with the burn – it is how you get results

·         Each workout your goal is to find the burn

·         Burn on the last few reps starting on 2nd set & def most of 3rd and/or 4th set. 

·         Burn may increase risk of poor form – do NOT let burn hurt your form!
