2012.03.29 Belief is the thermostat that regulates what you accomplish in life.” -Dr. David J. Schwartz

Measure your belief:

Do you truly believe you can achieve your fitness goal?

Do you believe in your trainers workout/diet plan?

Your level of belief will determine your success.

2012.03.28 “You can never cross the ocean unless you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” Christopher Columbus

Have the courage to leave old habits behind & believe in your new found faith in fitness.  It may take you as long as it would to cross on ocean in a sailboat to achieve your goal, but you’d get there right, worth it !?!

2012.03.27 “Opportunity is missed by most people because it comes dressed in overalls and looks like work.” -Thomas Edison

Everyone has the opportunity to achieve their  fitness goals.   The differentiating factor is how much work needs to be put in to achieve that goal.  For some its over a year and others its half a years, or  one month.   It may not be easy, but it sure it worth it!

2012.03.26 “Daily habits produce yearly results“

This speaks for itself.  Look in the mirror, you are a product of what you do everyday.  If you want to break down how you got 30 extra pounds over the past year it’s about an extra 288 calories per day or 2016 calories  per week extra.

An extra 288 calories a day!  You don’t think you are eating too much, but the days add up, 288 x 365 = 30 lbs.

Believe in yourself.  Work hard towards you goal.  Have the courage to change habits.  What you do daily will add up to your overall results.
