But what we can do, as flawed as we are, is still see God in other people, and do our best to help them find their own grace. That’s what I strive to do… Barack Obama

-This quote speaks of forgiveness and positive attitude towards others.  Look inside you, forgive yourself for where you are in fitness and find acceptance with yourself right now.  Once you accept your body now, you will then be ready to change it for the future.

If you’re walking down the right path and you’re willing to keep walking, eventually you’ll make progress.        Barack Obama

-Results will come to those who keep on keeping on.  Those workouts and calories all add up to what you are now.  Keep working hard and you too will reap the benefits of the body you’ve always wanted, it takes time!

Americans… still believe in an America where anything’s possible – they just don’t think their leaders do.       Barack Obama

-Believe in yourself, your trainer and anything is possible.  Your body fat percentage is the most changeable feature of the human body.   The scientists have proven this, why not prove it to yourself!?

it’s only when you hitch your wagon to something larger than yourself that you realize your true potential.     Barack Obama

-Small goals achieve small results.  You must have a picture of yourself in the perfect body, then you will be able to realize that potential.

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.    Barack Obama

-Wait for what?  Are you using excuses for not taking action towards your dream body?  You are the only one that can change your circumstances Take action and lead the healthy lifestyle
