What do you get in the four sessions?

1st Session: Plan for 60-90 minutes so we can take body composition measurements, review goals, and take a fitness assessment workout.

2nd Session: Teaching of general warmups and foam rolling along with a customized workout – 45 minutes

3rd Session: Workout – 45 minutes

4th Session:  Workout and discussion of pricing options for ongoing training – 45 minutes
